Day of Coordination may include: - Setting up and Decorating Ceremony and Reception Areas - Meeting with vendors upon their arrival - Errands for Bride and Groom as fit (i.e coffee runs, picking up bouquets) - Point of contact for all questions from vendors or family - Directing Bridal Party before/during/after Ceremony - Clean up of Reception at end of night - Delivery of decorations or gifts to gift opening location If food is not catered: - Setting up and maintaining buffet if needed - Dismissing guests to buffet - Clearing all garbage from tables Prices Vary Depending on Services - Contact Me for Full Quote
